After changing the batteries on a 2gig smoke/heat/freeze detector, the smoke and heat components cleared the tamper but the freeze detector did not. I now have to bypass it to arm our system. Any ideas on how I can clear this?
All the zone statuses should resolve simultaneously. Can you try removing that sensor from its base again, make sure tamper reports for the related zones, then close it again? Does that resolve it?
