so I made the installer code something I wouldn’t forget and now I can’t remember. What are my options? I have a sensor malfunctioning and it is driving me and the dog crazy then there is the skittish wife that freaks every time the warning sounds. That’s always good for a laugh.
I’ve sent a command to reset your installer code to the default, which should be in your welcome email. Be sure to change it, and if by chance you forget it again you can email customerservice@suretyDIY.com to ask for another reset.
You should be able to acknowledge the malfunction without the installer code, which will give you temporary quiet, but it will sound again if the malfunction has not been resolved.
