Flood Sensor not Populating in Account

I have a TX-E611 Flood/Freeze sensor programmed into a Simon XT panel. I accidentally had both the flood and freeze sensors in Group 10, and they showed up on my device list under “Security.” I just changed them to Groups 52 (freeze) and 38 (flood). The freeze sensor shows up now under “Detector,” but the flood sensor isn’t showing up anywhere on my device list. When I test each sensor, they both activate alerts/alarms properly and show up with the correct name/type in the app.

Any way I can get the flood sensor to show up on my device list?

This is normal in Alarm.com under the manage devices list.

While the device will trip alarms and report events to ADC, the manage devices page splits off Flood sensors under a “Water” category only if the water management add-on is enabled.

Water Management is an optional feature of the Home and Complete plans through Surety.
