Firmware Update on 2GIG 2 Control Panel

I need to update my 2GIG Control panel. It is currently at V1.10.1 What is the path I should take? Can I update to the latest version or do I need to upgrade from older versions (do it in steps) to get to the most current?

Updating via the 2GIG update cable can be done directly to the latest version 1.19.3.1

Two separate OTA updates would be needed if you request an OTA. You can do so by sending a message to support@suretyhome.com

OTA = Over the Air

We can send updates over the air via cell or broadband for the 2GIG GC2.
