New Features:

  • 6-Digit Pin Code support

    • Question 98 added to support 6-digit pin code

      • Q98 is currently available with Alarm.com backend support

    • Default setting 4-digit pins (Disabled) 6-digit pins (Enabled)

  • 2GIG-XCVR2e-345 hardware support – Available Soon

    • 2GIG-XCVR2e-345 adds support for eSeries encrypted sensors and TS1 keypad.

  • 2GIG-XCVR5e-345 hardware support – Available Soon

    • 2GIG-XCVR5e-345 adds support for eSeries encrypted sensors and Alarm.com’s Image Sensor 3.

The new transceivers will support either TS1 or Image Sensor 3. Support for TS1 and Image Sensor 3 simultaneously is not supported.

If changing question 98 from 6 to 4 digits It is recommended that Q98 be changed at the panel locally as the system will perform a check to confirm if there will be duplicate codes after they are truncated. A warning message will be displayed on the panel if conflicts are detected.
