Our fire alarm went off at 4am for no reason. Went down to the panel and turned it off. I don’t even see a record of this happening in the alarm.com app. Any idea why a fire alarm would just suddenly go off?
I am not showing anything in history on 6/5 around 4AM. The panel showed that there was an alarm event at that time and prompted you to enter the code?
I am showing that you have two separate smokes enrolled, Zone 10 Smoke/Heat (10)
and Zone 11 Smoke/Heat (11) do you know which unit triggered?
Smokes can trigger for a few reasons including placement, battery level, steam/humidity, bugs/debris in the sensing chamber, etc. More information on this topic can be found here.
Do you know the age of these units? There should be a date code printed on them located either on the side of the unit, on the back by the battery chamber, or on the mounting plate.
Do you recall what color the LED was on the smoke detector when it triggered? What about now after the event, what color is it?
