I got two false alarms this morning involving my image sensor. It also said low battery on it. Would that trigger a false alarm?
Have you replaced the batteries on the unit? Being a PIR, false alarms can occur from a sudden change in heat signature to the background temp of the room.
How long has this sensor been installed?
Have you had any previous false alarms with this sensor?
Has it been moved recently?
