getting this error on my 2gig edge panel.
panel is connected to wifi and has Verizon card in it.
monitoring center says there are no issues on their end, signals are coming thru
can’t clear this either.
The troubles in your image show a lock jam, I’m not seeing any communication issue with Alarm.com for your system. It is currently responding to both cell and broadband pings.
Did you mean to attach a different photo?
Looks like that is an acknowledged trouble condition from 6/12
6/12 falls during a period when you had a Broadband communication failure, but there is no active trouble condition on the system.
Does this alert sound at the panel again later? You might try a system reboot. You can find it in the System Info section described on page 35 of the manual here.
