Info on how the backup restoral process works can be found in the link below. The backup is saved in Alarm.com.
If your IQ Panel 2 is on firmware 2.6.0 or newer, your backup can be tried on an IQ Panel 4.
I am not seeing a Surety subscription linked to your username. Do you use Surety as your service provider for this IQ Panel 2 you are referencing?
If you use a different service provider, and if the panel is inoperable now, only your current provider would be able to potentially use existing backup settings from your IQ Panel 2. Otherwise the IQ Panel 4 would just need to be manually programmed.
