Received a message that my adc-vdb780b (on version 2.4.1.098) was not on latest firmware and when I try to manually update I get the error message: Failed to connect to the camera. Make sure the camera is powered on and connected to the network.
It’s connected to the Chime correctly and working properly. Any ideas what to try?
Generally that would indicate an issue with the camera’s connection, but I tested it from our end as well and the everything seems to be working alright.
I sent some commands to perform the firmware upgrade, which looks to have been successful. Is it showing on the latest version on your end now?
