On the home page when we log in it says “Issues: Keypad One - Malfunction”. What does this error mean?

It means the main control panel is not receiving proper communications from the TS1. Usually it’s caused by the TS1 being too far from the control panel or being blocked by a metal wall. It also might mean that the TS1 isn’t getting power, has been damaged or might even just need a reboot.
