Error 515 when pairing BE469ZP with IQ5 Hub

I have an IQ5 Hub and i’m pairing three BE469ZP locks with it from Schlage. First two went fine, entered 5 digit DSK and they paired via Zwave plus. Third is causing an issue where it brings up the DSK for entering the front five digits but none of the numbers match the rest of the DSK numbers. I enter the first 5 digits to pair and it gives me an error 515 and that it couldn’t securely establish a connection. It then adds the lock as “Device 10” (or 11, 12, etc as I tried). I tried to use the faceplate DSK which matches the paper. I tried to factory reset which was successful but still gave the same error. I tried to exclude then try again. I’ve tried about 15 times now with no luck. Schlage recommended I try my alarm company before I do a warranty claim.

Thanks in advance for the help.

To confirm, was the lock learned in close to the panel?

Also, were both S0 and S2 options checked when enrolling the lock?

Thank you

I had the Hub plugged in within a foot of the lock, actually closer than the other two I paired. I tried inputting the full DSK number manually and it wouldn’t recognize it.

I believe I had this same issue.

I believe this was fixed by learning in the lock close to the panel, and allowing 5 minutes for the panel and lock to sync up correctly without locking, unlocking, or sending any commands from the panel. Just learn it in and wait 5 minutes.

Does the trouble not clear?

Thank you
