Energy meter not showing any cost info

I installed an energy monitor and linked to my panel. I have setup my energy company and rate plan. I see info for how much power I am using, however it does not show any pricing info. What am I missing to make this work?

Can you confirm when you added the price settings for your provider in the Settings and Bill Information section? How long has it been?

I added on Thursday or Friday last week. I see usage from day I installed on Wednesday. I went into alarm.com and added NVEnergy and basic residential under drop down and no $ info is showing

Thank you for confirming, yeah I am seeing the same when looking at the activity reported. I reached out to report this to ADC. They have sent a couple commands to the system to resync some info. Wait about 20 minutes then check again.

Additionally, can you send us a private message with a screenshot of the settings and bill information screen showing the provider data you have saved? ADC needs this to make sure the data is saving appropriately.

Checking to see if there was any updates from ADC on this issue?

There is no new info on that dollar calculation yet.

This still doesn’t work. I get daily totals just fine. It is just not showing any dollar amounts

I’ve pinged ADC again and have sent a few additional general troubleshooting commands for the device. I am guessing however this is back-end specific and likely local troubleshooting will not address it. I am trying to get confirmation if a delay in visibility is expected at this time.

Ironically add me to the list with the same exact issue. I assumed something was broken on the back end because the kw usage has been spot on accurate.

Been a couple weeks and still same situation. Just wanted to check back in and see if there has been any progress. I purchased this meter after I received an email that the energy monitor service was now included in my plan. The fact it is not working is a little irritating. I do admit, I am glad a did get it after all, as we have been able to use the info to save some money on power usage by seeing the usage in real time. I would like to see the dollar amount though, as I think there is an advantage to that.

I’ve reached out again and we’re waiting for follow up from ADC. If anyone else is seeing this same issue, please let us know.

On top of the dollar amount not showing, I am noticing the usage from energy meter and what power company says it also off. It is averaging 5 kwh more that what power company is showing per day.

Would you be able to send a private message with comparison shots of what the meter shows and what the power company shows for the same period?

Alarm.com did not identify a solution, however it looks like dollar amounts are being shown on your meter activity. Can you confirm if you are still experiencing any issues?

I’m still seeing this on yours. I also notice that the “Typical 7 day” amount is not available. Has it always been lacking the dollar amount or did it show that previously and then stop working?
