Enabled Partitions but Smart Arming is still turned on

Hello,

I recently enabled partitions on my IQ Panel 4. It’s my understanding that smart arming is not compatible with partitions, but it seems like the old rule I had set up is still running on my main partition.

However, since partitions have been enabled, the smart arming menu is no longer there when I log into alarm.com. How should I go about turning this off?

You are correct that Smart Arming is only available for systems with one partition. Adding a second partition should clear the smart arming rules.

I’ve just sent a command to try and clear that out. Can you let me know if Smart Arming rules stop now or if they continue?

Looks like your command worked.

The smart arming rules had still been activating on my main partition for two nights after I enabled partitions, so looks like this is a bug where if smart arming is enabled at the time partitions are turned on, then the rule will continue to be enabled for the first partition. But then alarm.com stops showing the menu to turn it off, so you’re stuck with it until the dealer intervenes!
