I’ve experienced an issue for a number of weeks, and not sure how to resolve. The screen keeps reverting back to the emergency function buttons.
Earlier today this occurred while working on the zwave. However, the same has been experienced while disarming, (not a good time to loose the keypad screen) as well as performing other operations at the panel.
Please let me know your thoughts on how to remedy.
1.) Can you verify that the Emergency Button isn’t slightly stuck in a pushed down position? I would press it a couple times to see if it depressed and retracts completely.
2.) Can you open the panel up and check to make sure there isn’t anything pushing down on the circuit board around where the Emergency Button is? This one’s a long shot, but worth checking.
