Email account change

I want to update my account to my new email address, but I accidentally set up a new unsubscribed account with the new email address by mistake. Now I can’t update my subscribed account to the new email address.

Did you use the email address as the username? If not you should be able to change the email address on that new account which is not linked to your subscription, then update your correct account with the correct email address.
