Last week I installed an edge system with two remote keypads and everyday around 4:30 a.m. both keypads send. A. Loss of supervision and then both restore within the same minute
Generating a trouble signal to the Central station. Any ideas on what the cause of this daily trouble?
The keypads communicate with the Edge panel either via your local wifi, or Edge access point settings if you have those enabled.
Are you using your home wifi for the keypad?
If it is disconnecting at roughly the same time do you have your router set to reboot around then for some reason?
It may suggest that the DHCP lease is running out around that time and for a brief time the keypads cannot communicate.
As a test, if you are not currently using access point mode, try using the access point settings on the panel to connect the keypads instead of the local wifi.
