I recently purchased the Ecolink Z-Wave Garage Controller. Got it to pair immediately with my garage door, no issues. Installed the Tilt Sensor but in Alarm.com it’s reporting open when the door is closed. Does any calibration need to be performed? I also didn’t open or close the door at 8:16AM as seen below in my Alarm.com, not sure if others have seen this?
Apologies—I figured it out. There’s a very small, almost invisible “UP” arrow on the tilt sensor that I completely missed, so I installed it upside down.
Not sure if anyone else has run into this, but just a heads-up for anyone installing one: the arrow is really hard to see, so be sure to look closely before mounting it.
