I have a Ecolink GDZW7-ECO wirelessly controlling a Chamberlain SecureView openr installed in 2024 and connected to my Qolsys IQ Panel 4. Whenever the power goes out, when it comes back the IQ Panel always shows the garage door is open, even though it’s not. If I open and close the door, it shows the correct status again. Any ideas?
Does the garage show the incorrect status in Alarm.com as well, or just on the IQ Panel 4?
Does controlling the garage remotely or locally always resolve that issue after a power outage?
