Yes sir I have the LR version. Ecolink mentioned there was no adjustment needed on the ADC back end.
They seemed to think it had to do with antenna orientation. I had the device vertical on my motor mount bracket and the antennas for the device are on the long sides of the housing. He had me reorient it, so that the speaker and light faced the floor. He was thinking because the antennas play double duty for the S2 protocol and the 430 signals that the position was messing with the signals due to the antenna attenuation. He recommended running it in the horizontal orientation and see if the issues go away. We did confirm no issues with the Garadget so it’s more than likely the orientation or hardware issue.
