I recently installed an EcoBee thermostat and want to see it in the alarm.com app. I am on the Surety Home plan, which includes Thermostats, and when I select Add Device it says that my account is linked to EcoBee. When I select Thermostats in the app, it says that my plan includes thermostats but that none are registered to my account. I thought maybe if I unregistered the EcoBee and re-enrolled that would help, but I don’t see where I can do that either. Anyone experience this before?
Looks like this was an unsuccessful sync between ADC and the Ecobee account. I don’t actually see your account linked on the back end right now. Can you check under Add Device again now?
