I am trying to install a DW10e-900 sensor using the external contact into my 2gig Edge Panel.
When it is setup as an E+ sensor, the option to change the sensor to Loop 1 is non-existent, the only option is Loop 2.
Currently, the sensors show no response to the external input.
Any ideas what I am dong wrong?

Hello,
There are a few extra steps to learning in an E+ sensor with a different loop.
- Learn in the E+ sensor first on loop 2.
- Go to edit the zone and press wired on the bottom
- You will now need to assign a new zone for this and select assign
- Finish programming the settings of the sensor
- You can now go back and delete the first zone learned in as a magnet
