Update - Figured it out. You change it on the panel and put in the the 240 Duress Code slot in settings - No need to reply

Can you remind me where I edit the duress code on an IQ4 panel ?

I may have set up a user called “Duress” under ADC users, but not sure if this will actually send a silent alarm from the panel jsut because I called it “Duress” as a user.

You can add or edit your duress code remotely in Alarm.com as well:

  • Click Users.
  • Click to expand More.
  • Click Add Duress User.
  • In Duress Code Name, enter a name for the duress code.
  • Click Create.
  • In Access Code, enter the desired user code.
  • A new access code can also be generated by clicking Generate Code.
  • Click to select which devices and features the user will have access to.
  • Click Save.
