I am getting this error and trying to clear it. Please see attached
Per the notification, the panel was having trouble communicating with cellular.
The first step to try to resolve would be a long power cycle. Unplug all power for at least 2 full minutes, then re-apply power. This may resolve a few potential causes.
More often than not this is temporary, and likely an effect of the carrier. Looks like this is no longer a trouble condition on your account.
