Can you reset my system, early this morning my had a cellular failure.
Commands have been sent, however it appears that they cannot be completed as the panel is not communicating via cellular or broadband. In this instance, you will want to power cycle the panel manually. Start by unplugging the transformer then the internal battery. Wait about 2 minutes then plug the battery back in then transformer. Any change?

System back up and works fine.
I have had the system for quite awhile and this never happened before!

We could not say definitively. A power cycle helps address a number of software possibilities. Powering down for two full minutes forces the module to re-register on the network and may select a better signal source if there is a tower issue.
