We just activated a Dual-Path communicator. We are only using it with cellular right now. I am assuming that we are getting the “trouble” indicator because we are not connected to broadband. Is there a way to reset the “trouble” indicator on the keypad if we do not have it connected to Broadband? The keypad says “communications” is the source of the trouble code and the app says “Dual-Path Communication Failure - Broadband”. Thanks!
I’m not seeing a suretyDIY subscription related to this, is that correct? In order to best assist, what model of alarm panel are you using?

We have an alarm.com subscription
Thank you, note that suretyDIY is an Alarm.com dealer, but is one of many, and if you do not use suretyDIY as your provider we can only provide general instruction as we do not have access to your account or information.
There are dual path settings in the back-end which your Alarm.com provider would have access to. Broadband is optional however the alert will remain until dual path settings are changed or broadband is connected.
Be sure to contact your current Alarm.com provider for assistance with your account settings.
If you do use suretyDIY as your provider but with a different login/email address please email customerservice@suretyDIY.com for further assistance.
Oops, I didn’t realize the connection to alarm.com. Thanks for the explanation.
