DSC PK5500 keypad w/ Qolsys IQ 4

I have been upgrading my hardwired system and have everything up and running except the DSC keypad. It’s wired properly and I tried adding it as a sensor with what I think is the 8 digit ESN. Qolsys panel added it fine, but I’m getting a keybus error on the keypad itself.

Anyone know if the DSC PK5500 is even compatible with the Qolsys IQ Panel 4? Or should I just replace with a DSC HS2?

The powerseries PK5500 is not compatible with the IQ Panel 4.

The DSC Neo HS2LCD is compatible with the IQ Panel 4 when wired into an IQ Hardwire PowerG.
