Download SVR footage

Hey Surety Team,

Need some help. trying to download some footage that I need for some neighborhood parents of nefarious teenager activity from a different angle since sadly the ADC doorbell doesnt do svr recording
but for some reason I dont have the option to download from the SVR (see attached picture) How do I complete this because everything I see online says there should be a download button? Thanks in advance!

Go to the main SVR Timeline page, then use your mouse to hover the cursor over one of the feeds. You’ll see the download arrow as an option.
