Doorbell video doesn't play on panel

My doorbell cam does not play live video on my IQ4 panel. It states error code 30.

It plays fine on the ADC app

Is this just occurring when accessing the Live Video Cameras page and pressing Play next to the doorbell camera name, or do you get an error when attempting to answer a call from the panel?

How long has this been occurring and does it occur each time?

To troubleshoot:

  1. Reboot the panel (Settings > Advanced Settings > Reboot). Wait 5 minutes, then test.
  2. If no resolution, disable the Stream Video to Panel feature in Alarm.com, wait 5 minutes, then re-enable. Afterwards, test for resolution.
    • Log in to the Mobile app. Tap Security System or Video. Next, click Configure > Stream Video to Panel. Tap to deselect the camera from stream to the panel. Tap Save. Wait a few minutes then re-enable. The panel may need to be power cycled after re-adding.
