I added a doorbell to my system. I have it set up for push notifications through my phone. This morning i received a push notification and an SMS message from support@suretyhome.com. Where is the setting for the Surety support text? Thank you
Doorbell calls when the button is pushed would result in the push notification to the phone.
You also have a Person Detection video analytics rule on for the camera. That rule has SMS selected as the notification type. You can edit it under Video > Recording Rules.
