DB105 doorbell…trying to add two doorbells back to system after transformer replacement. Getting error message “unable to verify connection to camera”. I’ve power cycled doorbell, factory reset doorbell, signed out of app and back in…any other suggestions? Thank you.
Make sure you are adding them to a 2.4ghz network and that your router has a unique SSID for 2.4 and 5ghz. Errors are likely during setup if you have a network where devices can flip between 2.4 and 5ghz.
