I just purchased a new home and it came with a doorbell camera already installed. I’ve activated my services and am now trying to connect the camera to the app. I already set up the camera and has a solid green light around the rim. When I try to add the camera on the alarm app under connect your device to wifi it doesn’t locate the doorbell.
Looks like this may have been resolved. I see a VDB770 on your account, is that the cam you are referencing?
Did you skip that step or use the website to activate? If you have the VDB770 already connected, the video page on the ADC website should find that cam if you are on the same network.
