Doorbell Cam Section on App

I requested camera ability be added to my alarm.com account. I received an email that stated it was enabled, but I received an email stating I needed to provide a password. Not sure of my status, but I am not getting an option for doorbell camera on my alarm.com app.

By the way I did reply to the email with my verbal passcode.

If making a request via email any change would need to be verified (via admin passcode)

I see one reply regarding verifying that request, but I do not see any other from our customer service team yet. When customer service has finished processing the request you’ll receive a notification email.

Yes Doorbell Cameras are set up through the Alarm.com app.
