Doorbell (775) Volume versus Sensor Alerts

Quick question - is there a way to adjust the doorbell volume on the panel independently from say sensor alerts / chimes?

We tend to keep the panel volume a little low - as we don’t need the sensor alerts to be loud - but a few times we’ve missed someone ringing the doorbell.

I poked around and couldn’t find a way to do that. if there isn’t - would installing some kind of WiFi / Z-Wave / PowerG chime allow me to have the remote chime sound when the doorbell is pressed - and be able to adjust that volume independently?

Thanks!

At the panel you can adjust the sound for Doorbell Camera Chime Volume by navigating to Settings > Advanced Settings > Sound > Volume. You can set the slider to be anywhere from 0 to 15. You can adjust Voices, Beeps/Chimes settings from there as well.

If you need a separate plug in chime, you can use the ADC-W115C which serves as a Wi-Fi extender (2.4 GHz) and customizable wireless doorbell chime.

ah, ok - that’s great news @tyler

let me play around and see if that fixes the issue.

thanks!
