Recently, the door sensor did not update when the back door was closed. I received a notification that the door open/closed at 18:12. Then I received both a Back Door Closed and Left-Open-Restoral notifications at 21:37. I didn’t use the door since 18:20 which I verified with my outdoor cameras. I don’t suspect a battery issue as we have been using the sensors for a few months now. I’m hoping this is just a one-off issue but is there anything else I should check?
