This is shown due to the frequency of the open and close. If the events happen within 3 minutes of each other, it will just show “Open/Close”
If the close happens longer than 3 minutes after the open event, they will be individually listed. This is due to how door/window non-alarm sensor activity is logged in Alarm.com:
