In the app, it mainly shows door “Open/Closed”, rather than one or the other. It happened once… but not sure why it’s not just showing me one or the other.
This is shown due to the frequency of the open and close. If the events happen within 3 minutes of each other, it will just show “Open/Close”
If the close happens longer than 3 minutes after the open event, they will be individually listed. This is due to how door/window non-alarm sensor activity is logged in Alarm.com:
