can i get a plan for door lock, door cameraa dn thermostats only

There is no home automation plan only. You would need to get the Surety Home plan($17/month) which includes home automation for the door lock and thermostat and you would need the doorbell only video add on($3/month) to add the doorbell.

Perfect thanks- only my front door is hooked up so would that be the only plant that is alarmed ? Or could I add areas

If only the front door has a door sensor installed and paired with the panel, then that is the only zone that would be monitored and could trigger the alarm. You can add additional sensors to the system for monitoring as needed.
