The window contact of my combination window contact/shock sensor is showing up in the Alarm.com system summary as a glassbreak sensor (the shock sensor shows up correctly as glassbreak). In the control panel (Go!Control), the sensors are programmed in as thin window contacts (loop 2) and Glassbreak (loop 1). Is there any way to change this so the window contacts show up correctly online and in the mobile app?

I’ve sent a couple equipment commands, can you log out and log back into Alarm.com and let us know if that did the trick?
