Having problems with my door bell notifying me when rung. I use to get a text, but it stopped. Can you check my setting on my “River” account. thank you
The first thing to check would be whether or not the notification is currently active. Login to Alarm.com and navigate to Notifications. Scroll down to your doorbell notification. Is it currently turned off or does it have any errors list? (It looks like the notification is incomplete)
Incomplete notifications may occur if you remove the contacts which originally received the notification, or you make programming changes to the sensor in the notification.
Interesting nothing has changed with contacts, but the notifications does show incomplete. I will make the changes and see if that fixes the issue…thank you…
