Hi, I have an old DMP XT30 (Digital monitoring products) keypad alarm. Can I convert that to a Qolsys IQP4001 panel and keep the hardwired sensors? Is there anyone in San Antonio, TX that does good alarm work?

Yes with PG hardwired take over if u have smokes and co might wanna check on them as they have dates
Yes if all the zones are normal wired zones you could use a hardwire translator like the IQ Hardwire 16F or IQ Hardwire PowerG.
