Does Surety need to disconnect my MyQ opener from ADC or is that something that I can do?
Currently, this is still something that the dealer needs to take care of. Would you like me to send those commands now?
Yes please. I got a new WiFi setup and apparently I can’t connect the opener to the WiFi until it is first disconnect from ADC.
No problem. Commands have been sent at this time. Give them about 5 minutes or so to take effect. You may need to log out of your ADC account, then back in, to see these changes reflected.
