What happens when you attempt to do it? Does the panel not accept the code? Is the touchscreen not responding at all?

If you can, try rebooting the panel by navigating to Settings > Advanced Settings > Enter Code > Panel Reboot.

If you’re unable to access the settings due to touchscreen issues, try performing a power cycle. Steps to do so can be found here:
