Every time i want to disarm the system i can’t, the touch screen doesn’t allow me to do it from the panel, i have to use the app to do it, the rest of the functions on the panel screen seams to work ok
What happens when you attempt to do it? Does the panel not accept the code? Is the touchscreen not responding at all?
If you can, try rebooting the panel by navigating to Settings > Advanced Settings > Enter Code > Panel Reboot.
