What the difference between the IQPH051 and the IQ4 sold on the Surety website?

The IQPH051 is the IQ 4 Hub, a control panel with similar features as the IQ Panel 4 sold by Surety but with some limitations. It’s a cheaper alternative to the IQ Panel 4. The attached picture shows the comparison between the two.
