Device Names Not Updating at Panel .. am I missing a Step?

Hi - I have about 40 devices, I have renamed most of them from the alarm.com APP to more descriptive names.

I can see the new device names across all user APPs and at the web portal - but they have not updated at the QOLSYS4 panel after 24 hours.

Is there a push or pull protocol I need to initiate to update the device names at the panel - or do I have to type them all in there as well as the APP?

The names in Alarm.com can typically be longer and more specific than the names on most panels, and since they can be modified independently on the panel and ADC, the names do not automatically sync if changed after the sensor has been installed and synced to ADC.

Your dealer can send a command to push the sensor names in Alarm.com to the panel or vice-versa.
