We have the following errors:
Heat Detector-Malfunction
Flood Detector Malfunction
Freeze Detector Malfunction
What can we do to fix this?
That’s all on a single SMKT3, right?
There is a blinking diagnostic light, count them, and post
Green blink every 12 seconds is NORMAL
Yellow blink every 4 seconds and a chirp is a FAILURE (loss of supervision)
Yellow blink every 8 seconds and a chirp is CONTAMINATED/DIRTY (loss of supervision)
Yellow blink every 12 seconds and a chirp is LOW BATTERIES (low battery message)
Smkt3 wouldn’t have a flood zone.
The sensor in question looks to be the Re219 flood/temp sensor. Typically these are in the basement. A malfunction on all 3 zones would indicate signal issues. Could be a dead battery. May also be sensor supervision error.
