"Delete" button missing for cameras and firmware problems

What happen to Delete button in info screen for cameras ? All my cameras have button missing and SVR delete button is missing as well? It use to be able to get to it through:

  1. Log into the Customer Website.
  2. Click Video .
  3. Click Settings .
  4. Using the Video Device dropdown menu, select the desired video device.
  5. Click Video Device Info .
  6. Click Delete this Video Device .
  7. Click OK to confirm.

No longer there. I just deleted cameras few weeks back. what is going on?

Also all my cameras (v723) are at firmware 0.5.1.128 showing available firmware 0.6.1.035. when updated it will open another window and finish update successfully. once page is refresh it will show old firmware version and no update option. after few days it will show old firmware version and update option. once updated we are back to same cycle.

Same with doorbell showing 3052 and 3062 after update same problem occurs as mentioned above with my other cameras.

What is going on???

still having firmware issues.

Mine is showing the same with the firmware versions. I believe it’s a glitch on the alarm.com website. I wouldn’t press the update button unless the firmware version that’s available is higher than the current firmware version that you have on your device installed.
