Dealer & Installer is missing

Hello,

I just activated my IQ Panel 4 with Alarm.com and I’ve purchased 4 sensors from surety and confirmed they are compatible. I’m unable to locate or find the Dealer and Installer from the settings menu?

I’ve also tried the Dealer and Installer code to be 1111 or 2222 with no go.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

If you need to edit your installer or dealer codes and your panel is connected to Surety you can reset your codes remotely in our system manager here at any time.

Using the correct installer or dealer code when accessing the Advanced Settings menu will give you the installer options in the menu.
