I am thinking about adding some cameras and some more sensors to my current account. Does anyone know if the equipment that is purchased from this site will work with Home in IOS10?

Cameras are Alarm.com specific and require an Alarm.com account and Cloud Video service to function.
Homekit and the Home app are pretty much what Alarm.com already is, and focus more on stand-alone wifi devices. Certain products look to be compatible with both, Lutron Caseta for example, and Chamberlain I want to say announced future compatibility. Panels and their Z-wave networks are not.
